At TransD, developed by Translr Limited, we are fully committed to protecting children and preventing any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE). We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior involving minors that violates applicable child protection laws.

1. Minimum Age Requirement
TransD is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction). Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from creating an account, accessing, or using the TransD platform.
We do not knowingly collect, store, or process personal information from individuals under 18 years old without verified parental consent.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from an individual under 18 without proper authorization, we will promptly delete such information from our records.

2. Zero Tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
TransD strictly prohibits:
•Any content involving child sexual abuse or exploitation
•Sexual content involving minors in any form
•Grooming behavior or predatory conduct toward minors
•Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
•Sharing, requesting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
•Any attempt to facilitate trafficking or exploitation of minors
Any user found engaging in such activities will face:
•Immediate account termination
•Permanent ban from the platform
•Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities
•Cooperation with investigations as required by law
We actively comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and all other applicable child protection and safety laws.

3. Reporting Underage Users or Violations
If you are a parent, guardian, or user and believe that:
•An individual under 18 is using TransD
•A profile contains false age information
•There is suspected child exploitation or inappropriate interaction involving a minor
You must immediately: •Report the profile using the in-app reporting feature
•Contact our support team at support@trandrapp.com
We will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, including terminating accounts and deleting associated data.

4. Account Termination for Misrepresentation
If TransD becomes aware that an individual under 18 has registered using incorrect or falsified personal information, we will:
•Immediately suspend or terminate the account
•Delete all associated registration and activity data
•Take further steps as required under applicable law

5. Our Commitment to Child Safety
At TransD, child safety is a core priority. We continuously monitor and improve our safety mechanisms to prevent abuse, exploitation, and misuse of our platform. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies and relevant child protection organizations to ensure a safe online environment.
